It's Mitzi (the one in the blue and yellow coat) undoing one of the coat clasps in order to unleash mustached terror. It's one of those weird kind of coat clasps with little rods and loops.

Ohh, I see it now. Also, Gordito is totally grabbing her with his legs. It looks very hard to do.

Ah, this means that when the guy's head exploded, none of it got on Gordito (who was safely inside the coat).

I wonder where he was when they boarded the lifeboat.
