Videogames, etc.

As much as I hate to admit it, I never even have played Portal. :(

And I am supposed to be someone who likes gaming a lot. :P

Ah, well, I first have to finish Fallout 3, maybe after that. I have explored just about everything now, just have to finish the main storyline. :D

Hey, I did the same thing in Fallout 3. The whole "You have to save the world!" thing never seems quite as pressing in games as it does in movies and such.

Over 150 hours of played time... the game was well worth the 35 euro's I paid one of my friends for it (he bought it for the full price last year but didn't like it :()

Never thought a mix of FPS and RPG would work out this good, really enjoyed it.

At least 2 hours of my playing time I spent with blowing myself to different parts of the Wasteland... courtesy of the Experimental MIRV.

I didn't spend quite that long playing with the Experimental MIRV, but I did spend a good half hour or so. It's even more hilarious in the PC version, where you can cheat and make it so you can't die. You'll still be blown sky high, but you'll survive. It's awesome.

If you like the FPS/RPG hybrids, you should give Borderlands a try. It's more FPS than Fallout 3 is, but it's still awesome.

I so wanted to play that, but I can't really justify buying a PS3 when I have a perfectly function Xbox 360. Curse you, exclusive games! *shakes fist in the air*

What did you like about it?

I picked up Pokémon SoulSilver yesterday. Yes, I'm still a nerd for Pokémon. The games are fun, sue me.

So far, it's fantastic. Gold and Silver were always my favorites of the series, and getting to play newly updated versions with all the nifty extras is amazing.

Went with my boyfriend to pick up his copy of God of War 3. He's playing it right now.

I played Heavy Rain for about an hour today.

I was thinking about getting one of those. I, too, was a very big pokemon fan as a kid. But it's gonna be a while before I can afford it. I'm saving up for mariokart ds. Unless I can get my brother to pay for it ;)

I love the MIRV! Piling up Bottlecap and/or Frag Mines and luring targets into them just to see how high and far they fly is pretty fun (at least for me) too. :]]]
